- 1st Mortgage or Lien required
- Personal Guarantees not required (other than standard carve-outs)
- Many Types of Collateral may be considered (including Raw Land and Equipment)
- Foreclosures, Bankruptcy, Workouts, Auctions, etc. are OK
- Fast Commitments with Closings as quickly as 2 weeks or less
- TERM: Up to One Year Interest-only with Rollover Options
- Can "Step-Up" Loan Amount if Property Value rises through Renovation or Appreciation.
