General Information:

Funds are available for Growth Capital, Acquisitions, Restructurings, Corporate Divestitures, & Generational Changes. Turn-arounds are considered under the right circumstances but companies with consistent cash flow are preferred.
Deal Size may range from as small as $500,000 (in select cases) to $75 million or above
A wide range of sectors are targeted from basic industries to niche markets (see partial list below). "Add-On" acquisitions are also of interest.
Controlling or Minority Investments are possible
Short-Term Exit Strategies OR Long-Term Investments considered
Opportunities are considered in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia (a special Eastern European fund is available for Real Estate investments only).
Investment Structures are tailored to meet the needs of each specific deal
Sr. and Subordinated Debt can also be provided in conjunction with an Equity Investment for a "one-stop" financing solution.
